This 8-week program will teach you how to access both the caring and fierce qualities of self compassion to lessen the power of your inner critic, build compassionate motivation, and overcome challenges with a fierce, loving, warrior heart.

Program activities include fierce self-compassion meditations, exploring yin and yang qualities, experiential exercises, group discussion, journaling and home practices.

Fierce Self-Compassion complements tender self-compassion so that your compassion is balanced and complete.

This program is has been created by Kristin Neff the pioneering researcher in the field of self-compassion ( and the author of Self-Compassion: Stop Beating Yourself Up and Leave Insecurity Behind; and Christopher Germer, a clinical psychologist who specializes in mindfulness and compassion-based psychotherapy ( and the author of many books including A Mindful Path to Self-Compassion. Fierce Self Compassion is adapted from both MSC and the new work of Kristin Neff on Fierce Self-Compassion.
