All programs offered by Natalie Bell Mindful Wellness are educational and not clinical treatment programs.

The core teachings offered here are based on over 30 years of discovery and integration of awareness practices.  Multiple sources have been drawn from for material used in classes, coaching, workshops and other programs.  With gratitude, several sources mentioned here have had a significant influence in the work offered:
