I offer over 25 years of personal experience to help you release inner obstacles by shifting out of stress and judgment and into greater compassion and self-acceptance.  My primary focus is to help you to discover and claim your own inner resources to feel good.

A way to find calm amidst the pressures of daily life, to uncover resilience and kindness when faced with challenge, and to find clarity that can reveal your own greatest potential, your empowered inner ally.  Through my training and coaching you can uncover your deepest inner strengths.

You have the ability to recreate your relationship with yourself.  It's true.  I’ve discovered these powerful skills in my own life, and in many others' lives through my work.  We will get real together, connect, and learn practical tools that relate to your personal life and your ability to get calm, connected, and empowered.
