Natalie founded Mindful Wellness to teach people how to find their own source of calm, clarity, and real happiness.  She works with individuals and companies with a focus on awareness and self-compassion to be able to regulate how you feel, find greater ease and well being. Natalie's approach brings the benefits of meditation into the practical realm of our daily lives teaching us to discover balance and peace in a common sense, relatable manner.  You'll learn the skills of compassionate awareness so you can have the capacity to renew body, mind, and spirit.

Natalie has been practicing mindful awareness and meditation since 1985. She lived in an ashram for a year in 1989 dedicating herself to intensive practice of meditation and self-compassion. After studying neuropsychology she became a Physical Therapist, working for 17 years as a clinician, Director of Rehabilitation, and a clinical specialist for medical devices in rehabilitation.

Natalie teaches programs nationally and works with varied groups including physicians, healthcare teams, corporate groups and teachers, bringing awareness practices for self-regulation, greater balance, focus and creativity. Through Mindful Wellness Natalie offers individual and corporate mindfulness programs, classes, workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements.

Natalie is a certified mindfulness instructor for the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center, MARC, teaching the MAPs Mindful Awareness Practices classes and workshops. She is a certified teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion, MSC, developed by Drs Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer.  She offers MSC at the Center for Mindful Living in Los Angeles and at various healthcare organizations. Natalie is also the Director of Corporate Programs at Unplug Meditation studio in L.A.
